Magento 2 Advanced Reports module
The Advanced Report of Magento is a helpful tool for every store owner to evaluate data and number from activities such as sales, products and customer behavior of your shop. It will make you have the most accurate predictions and the best decisions.
It takes us a lot of time to have an overview of the data and number from your business. This extension will be an effective tool for you to have default reports for your Magento store. You can find the Advanced Reports Dashboard by going to Reports → Advanced Reports in the Magento 2 admin panel
To configure the Reports Dashboard, please, do the following:
Select the most important report parameters that will be displayed on the top bar. Press the Settings wheel icon to see a popup dropdown with all the available parameters. Choose the parameters you want to be displayed right from the dashboard start.
Press more… to see more specific data for each particular parameter.
Specify the time interval for a Sales overview graph. Select a particular month and year from dropdowns, pick a day from the grid and the data will be updated automatically. Otherwise, input a date manually in the From and To fields and press Enter.
Use slider to have a more detailed view on particular data. Click Show All to see a graph for the whole interval.
Set the time period for a Conversion Funnel.

Select the time interval to view reports data.
Choose the step interval for data generation (day, week, month).
Columns. Manage columns for the report grid (available fields: Period, Subtotal, Discounts, Refunded, Number of Orders, Tax, Total, Items Ordered, Shipping, Invoiced).
Export. Export necessary information to a CSV or XML file.

To refresh the statistics, go to Reports→Statistics→Refresh Statistics. To get the reports timely updated and see the latest data, select necessary elements in the list and apply the Refresh Lifetime statistics or Refresh the Statistics for the Last Day action.
